The Holy Island of Lindisfarne

Now that the weather is getting a little less wintery (notice I didn't use the term spring or summer) I'm trying to get out and about a bit to discover what there is to see outside of Glasgow. So Saturday I went to a magical place called the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. It's on the East Coast just South of Berwick on Tweed, England.

Lots to see and do, but just easier to show you:

Okay, if you are willing, I am requesting a copy of the above photos so I can hang them in our house! I am very serious and will pay you for them. Wow! I did notice the lack of spring and summer mentioned, it is just as fitting for here. Miss you.

I LOVE Lindesfarne! It's so much fun to drive "through the ocean" to get there!

I love the old boats, cut in half and used as sheds. Lovely photos!
