Picked up the new Arctic Monkeys album a few weeks ago. LOVE IT! And this single is absolutely fab, makes me want to dance around the flat every time I hear it.

I look forward to seeing your pics with the new tripod. Funny you posted jelly beans as they play prominently in my current short story I'm working on.
I've moved to Scotland!
This blog is a place for me to ramble on about my ongoing experiences of trying to fit into a new country & culture - be it fun, adventurous or a complete and total disaster.
It's also a way to keep in contact with my friends & family back home in Canada. And surprisingly, it's also introduced me to some new friends out there in blog world.
Thanks for stopping by.

You're right! I totally want to dance...maybe in the rain...with a tripod.
Ah, I love the Artic Monkeys. I haven't picked up the new CD yet, but I love driving to this song when it comes on the radio.
Mmm, Jelly Belly... I can't eat them, as once I start, that's it. All gone.

Did summer ever really happen here anyway? We had the odd day of sunshine down my way but most of August was filled with rain! How depressing...
lovely photo. it suggests some kind of flag. Perhaps a new flag for the UN.
I love the jellybean picture.
